Salmon Poke

Main Ingredients:
Sushi grade Salmon – 1.5 pounds (chopped into small pieces.)
Mango ripe chopped – 2 cups

Ingredients list 2:
* I add all the below things. You can reduce or skip according to what you like.
Carrot – 1 cup (Shredded)
Seedless Cucumber – 1 cup chopped
Edamame Seeds cooked – 1/2 cup
Seaweed salad – 1/2 cup
Red Onion or Green Onions chopped – 1/2 cup
Sushi Rice (cooked ) – 1/2 cup to 1 cup (Optional: if you want to cut carbs)

Ingredients list 3:
* Below Ingredients and Sauces: Add more/less according to your taste preference.
Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Sriracha Mayo – 2 tbsp
Sesame oil (Hot preferred) – 2 tbsp
Wasabi – 1 tbsp (or to your taste)
Sushi Ginger – 3 tbsp chopped
Green Chilies – Chopped (For your spice level)
Cilantro chopped – 1/4 cup

Mix all the ingredients above, and enjoy 🙂

Note: It is important to buy Sushi grade fish as that is the only safe way to eat raw fish. Wegmans here sells Cooked sushi rice, Seaweed salad, edamame cooked etc, which makes the prep easier. Wegmans also gives Wasabi and Ginger when you buy Sushi grade fish. So, I don’t buy separately. I prefer Salmon. But you can use Tuna if you prefer that.
